PRN Funding is the sister company to Factor Finders (EZ Staffing is a part of Factor Finders), and is celebrating 25 years in the factoring business! PRN focuses on factoring for the healthcare and medical industries, providing 25 years of funding within those industries.
Starting Strong
PRN Funding was incorporated in October 2000 by the president of the company, Phil Cohen. PRN signed their first client in April 2001, and received their first senior bank loan with Huntington Bank in December 2002.
Growth & Leadership
PRN Funding reached its 100th client in June 2005! As the business grew, leadership opportunities provided themselves. Phil Cohen, the president of the company, was one of six people selected to the International Factoring Association advisory board. He served from 2009 to 2011.
PRN also launched its sister company, Factor Finders, in June 2011. PRN expanded credit facility and switched banking relationships to Fifth Third Bank in 2012.
Rebranding & AFA
In April 2015, the company hired Sanctuary Marketing to rebrand their logo and website, and moved to a new office (located in Beachwood, Ohio) just a year later in February 2016.
Phil Cohen joined the American Factoring Association (AFA) advisory board in November 2016.
Major Milestones
PRN Funding reached $1 billion in purchases in October 2018, then proceeded to reach $2 billion in purchases only five years later in 2023.
Now, PRN Funding celebrates their 25th anniversary in October 2025!
